Welcome to the Online Collaboration Portal.

Step 1

Click on the link provided in the email: https://cedarfair.cobblestonesystems.com/gateway/

Step 2

Create an Account by entering in a User ID and Password along with your assigned Company ID #. If you've already created a User Name and Password you just need to Log In making sure to enter your assigned Company ID #.

Step 3

Under Page Actions click on “My Solicitations”

Step 4

Under My Opportunities List click on View to see and respond to the RFP. The Opportunity Details screen will appear with the below sections:

Details: This section provides pertinent information related to the RFP

Files, Documents, Images:

Public Files:  This section allows you to view the RFP, Insurance Requirements and other important documents pertaining to the RFP

My Files: This section allows you to upload a response/documents into the system. Just select the file you wish to upload and enter in a description. It will then be added to the RFP record for Cedar Fair's review

Questions & Answers: This section allows you to ask questions and receive answers regarding the RFQ directly through CobbleStone.  Just type your question(s)  in the My Questions & Answers box and Cedar Fair will answer the question(s) as soon as possible.

Response Status: Please indicate your organization's response to this RFP by clicking on one of the items listed in the dropdown menu.

Brief help:

Login - To log in, select the 'Login Now' button to the left.
Signup - To signup for a new account, select the 'Create Account' button to the left to begin. After you signup, an account representative will contact you with your username and password (typically provided by e-mail).

Existing organizations that are already registered may login using the 'Login Now' button.

Once your account is signed in, you may log in and use the system to review contracts, review solicitation opportunities, respond to opportunities, submit new contract requests, and review contract information assigned to your account.
